A shared experience, tailored to your team.

Choose a court experience, Mahjong instruction or tournament play, or a combination. We shape the format around your guests, objectives and schedule.

We bring it together.

R&R coordinates play schedules, pairings, rotations, guest arrival and on-site flow. Brand integration is tailored to your brief, with one R&R point of contact for the activity experience.

Partner clubs provide court facilities and resident professionals. R&R provides experience planning, hosting and logistics, passing along preferred club rates where available.

A proposal that makes everything clear.

Corporate experiences are quoted individually. Your proposal separates the R&R Experience Planning & Production fee from facilities, professional fees, custom branding and other extras. All inclusions are agreed in advance.

Full-event planning is available separately. Share your preferred date, location, guest count and what you would like the experience to achieve.
