Private and Corporate Events
Curated play for refined groups, teams, and celebrations.
Racks & Raquets offers bespoke private events built around movement, style, and connection. Whether you're hosting a corporate offsite, celebrating a milestone, or creating a uniquely personal gathering, we design elevated experiences through tennis, padel, mahjong, or a tailored combination.
For private gatherings, our signature Courts & Tiles experience combines tennis or padel with Mahjong, with R&R coordinating the activity schedule and transitions. Full-event planning is available separately.
Corporate Partnerships
R&R plans and produces seamless corporate experiences built around sport, play and connection. Choose a standalone court experience or combine tennis or padel with Mahjong.
We coordinate formats, play schedules, pairings, rotations, guest arrival and on-site flow, with brand integration tailored to your brief. One R&R point of contact brings the activity experience together.
Partner clubs provide the facilities and resident professionals; R&R provides experience planning, hosting and logistics. We pass along preferred club rates where available.
Your proposal separates the R&R Experience Planning & Production fee from club facilities, professional fees and any custom branding production or other extras. All inclusions are agreed in advance.
