At Racks & Raquets, we carefully package and ship merchandise with intention and care. Please review the following shipping information prior to placing your order.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted on the product page.

During launches, special collections, holidays, or event periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

If an item is delayed or backordered and will not ship within 5 business days, customers will be notified via email and offered the option to cancel their order for a full refund prior to shipment.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines vary based on destination and selected shipping method at checkout.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. Racks & Raquets is not responsible for shipping carrier delays, lost packages marked as delivered, weather disruptions, or delivery issues outside of our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.

Racks & Raquets is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. Additional shipping charges may apply for returned or rerouted packages.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at info@racksandraquets.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available on select items. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees, or additional carrier charges.
